REFUND POLICY

At Timklasistico.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll be glad to assist you with your needs and fix your issues.
Unfortunately, most of our products aren’t refundable because of their digital nature, however, we would be glad to provide support if there are any issues with any of our products.
Non-refundable products.
The following are the non-refundable fees and services.
- Digital Gift cards
- Sheet music
- Membership subscription
Although our subscriptions are non-refundable, you can, however, cancel them at any time.
To cancel a subscription:
- Go to Timklasistico.com > My Account > Subscriptions
- Select cancel subscription
- Your subscription would be moved to a ‘pending cancelation’ status until the next billing cycle (which gives you a chance to reverse your decision if you want) otherwise, you won’t be billed again.
- You would get a confirmation email.
